Spring fatigue occurs as a result of the evaporation of more water from the warmer seas with the sun coming more steeply and the increase in humidity that occurs with it. In the summer and hot spring months, when the air temperature and high humidity come together, we experience a sweltering day. We feel tired and exhausted.
In cases where the humidity is very high, the actual air temperature and the effective air temperature are close to each other. But it has a much more irritating effect than hot and dry air. If the humidity in the air is low, it can make this situation bearable even if it is high temperature, because there is a cooling effect on the skin provided by evaporation. However, high humidity neutralizes the effect of evaporation in the skin and the air surrounding it, causing us to feel the actual temperature at higher levels.
What are the ways to avoid spring fatigue?
- Walk for at least 5 minutes on an empty stomach every morning.
- Do not miss fruits and vegetables from your table.
- Do gymnastics on an empty stomach for 10-15 minutes every morning.
- If you drink alcohol, reduce it as much as possible.
- Drink 3 liters of water per day.
- Pay attention to the rhythm of sleep.
- Avoid cola and caffeine as well.
- Be careful not to eat a carbohydrate-heavy diet.
- Instead of fried or roasted meats, choose boiled or grilled meats.
